Yeast Rolls

2  packages dry yeast
1  cup warm water (105 - 115°F)

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of warm water then add:

3 or 4  tablespoons sugar
2  eggs
1/2  teaspoon salt
3  Tablespoons oil


Mix all ingredients well and add:

3  cups all purpose flour

Stir well and let raise until double in size. Kneed down and put on floured surface, kneed well and pinch off in small pieces. Approximately 12 rolls. Put in a greased muffin pan. Coat the top with oil and cover with a towel. Let raise about 30 minutes. Bake at 400°F until golden brown on top (about 12-15 minutes). Butter and eat.
