Yeast Rolls
2 packages dry yeast dissolved in 1 cup of warm but not hot water then add:

3 or 4  tablespoons sugar
2  eggs
1/2  teaspoon salt
3  Tablespoons oil

Mix all ingredients well and add:

3  cups all purpose flour

Stir well and let raise until double in size. Kneed down and put on floured surface, kneed well and pinch off in small pieces. Approximately 12 rolls. Place on an oiled pan and turn over in oil to coat top. Let raise about 30 minutes. Bake at 400°F until golden brown on top. Butter and eat.
