Mix the powder sugar, granulated sugar, oil, butter, eggs and Vanilla together. Beat in mixer until creamy. Sift together the Flour, Salt, Soda and the Cream of tarter. Add to first mixture and chill at least one hour. Roll in balls, roll in sugar, flatten with glass, and dip in sugar to stop sticking. Use about 1 tsp. Dough per cookie. Bake at 375ºF for 8 to 10 minutes. |
