Pumpkin Bread

cups sugar (see note)

cup cooking oil

teasp ground cloves

teasp cinnamon

cans (15 oz) of pumpkin

teasp nutmeg

cups flour

teasp allspice
1/2
teasp baking powder

cup raisins

teasp baking soda

cup nuts (optional)

Note: Splenda® Granular can be substituted for the sugar

Mix sugar, cooking oil, eggs and pumpkin together. Sift together (if you have a sifter) the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and add to the first mix. Add in the raisins and the optional chopped nuts, Mix together. Grease and flour 4 small loaf pans. Bake for 60 minutes at 350ºF degrees.
