Greek Salad Nicoise

3  tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2  tablespoon red wine vinegar
2  cans (6oz.) tuna in olive oil, lightly drained
        and flaked
1  medium tomato, cut in 2" pieces
1  cucumber, peeled, seeded, and sliced
1/4  cup thinly sliced red onion
1/3  cup crumbled feta cheese
2  Kalamata olives, cut into slivers (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil and vinegar. Add tuna, tomato, cucumber, onion, and feta cheese. Toss to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste; Garnish with olives. Prep time: 15 minutes.
