Bill’s Chili
 pounds stew meat or hamburger
1/2 
 tablespoon paprika
15 
 ounce can tomato sauce
 tablespoon oregano
28 
 ounce can whole or crushed tomatoes
1/2 
 tablespoon cumin
 cans (15 oz) kidney beans  garlic to taste (I use 4 cloves)
 med/large onion  pinch salt
1/3 
 cup chili pepper
 tablespoons corn starch

---- for hot chili add these------
** 1/2 tablespoon red pepper (cayenne)
**  1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
**  3 jalapeno peppers

In a 2 quart pan sear meat, then add tomato sauce, tomatoes, kidney beans, chili pepper, red pepper, paprika, oregano, onions, garlic, salt, cumin, crushed red pepper and cut jalapeno peppers into slices and add. cover and simmer for about 2 hours.

Mix the corn starch with warm water into a thick but flowable mixture, stir into chili. Simmer about 1 hour. Enjoy!
