Onion Pie

3  cups Onions
1  teaspoon oil
1  cup scalded milk
1/4  cup powdered milk
3  eggs
9 " pie crust*
1  cup grated sharp cheese

Sauté onions in the oil for several minutes, Beat the eggs and blend in the scalded milk and powdered milk. Place the onions in the pie crust, top with the grated cheese. Add the blended ingredients over the top. Do not mix. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes until center is firm.
