Red Potato Salad

8  medium red potatoes cooked and cubed
4-5  hard cooked eggs – chopped
1 1/2  cup mayonnaise
2/3  cups sour cream
3  Tablespoons sugar
3  Tablespoons cider or red vinegar
2  teaspoons yellow mustard
1 1/2  teaspoons minced onion
1  teaspoon celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Mix together and chill.
