Youngseti (Pasta dish)

2  lb Ground beef, lean
1  box Medium Shells (enough for 8 servings)
2  jars Spaghetti sauce
2  tbsp Minced garlic
8  oz Fresh mushrooms, sliced (or 2 - 7oz cans drained)
1  lrg Onion, chopped
1  tbsp Oregano Leaves
1  tbsp Italian Seasoning
1  teasp Sweet Basil
1  teasp Tarragon
Chopped Chives or Parsley as a garnish
8  oz Package shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 cups)
6  slices Bacon (or more or less)

Cook medium shells in accordance with package directions, when done drain and set aside. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onions. Stir in minced garlic and mushrooms sauté for 5 minutes and then drain the excessive fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce, oregano, italian seasoning, sweet basil and tarragon. Simmer covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Add the medium shells and stir until well mixed. In a large cast iron pot (5 quart or so) put a layer of shells and then mozzarella cheese. Alternate shells and mozzarella until pot is full, finish off with a layer of mozzarella cheese and top with uncooked bacon. Put in oven and broil on low until bacon is crispy and cheese is golden brown. Garnish with Chopped Chives or Parsley.

Serve with garlic bread
