Banana Nut Bread

1 1/2  cups sugar (Splenda® Granular can be
        substituted)
1/2  cup melted butter or oleo
2  eggs beaten
1/2  cup milk
3  cups all purpose flour
1  teaspoon Baking Powder
1  teaspoon Baking Soda
3  mashed bananas (approx 1 cup)
1/2  cup chopped walnuts

Mix first three ingredients. Add the flour alternately with milk and bananas. Grease and flour bread pans. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes. Makes 2 loafs.
