Corn Dish

1  can (15oz Can) cream style corn
1  can (15oz Can) corn
1  cup evaporated milk
1/2  cup salted crackers (crumbled fine)
3  eggs beaten well
1  med onion minced
1/4  teasp salt
1/8  teasp pepper
1 1/2  cups (6oz) sharp cheddar cheese

Combine the first seven ingredients, stir until well blended. Put 1/2 of the corn mixture in a well-greased 8x8-baking pan, put 1/2 the cheese on top, add the rest of the corn mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 30 to 35 minuets or until mixture is set and cheese is golden brown.
