Candied Walnuts

1  egg white
2 1/2  cups chopped walnuts
1/3  cup packed brown sugar
2  cups canola oil

Candied Walnuts

In medium bowl whisk egg white until foamy. Add walnuts and toss. Sprinkle brown sugar over the nuts making sure the nuts are evenly coated. Heat oil in saucepan over medium high heat. Add walnuts and cook for 60 seconds stirring to coat. Drain on paper towels being careful when removing from oil.
