Tangy Mustard Cauliflower

1  Medium Head Cauliflower
2  Tablespoons Water
1/2  Cup Mayonnaise or Salad dressing
1/2  teaspoon onion or garlic powder
1  teaspoon prepared mustard
1  Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Wash cauliflower. Remove core and outer leaves. Place whole cauliflower in glass baking dish with 2 Tablespoons water. Microwave tightly covered on high for 8 to 9 minutes or until knife slides into cauliflower easily. Combine mayo, onion and/or garlic powder, and mustard in small bowl. Spoon mustard sauce on top of cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes to heat topping and melt cheese.

Good as a main dish or a side dish.
