Mexican Layered Bean Dip

1 - 16 oz can refried beans
1 - envelope taco seasoning

Heat beans and add taco seasoning. Mix well. Spread on a 12 inch round serving platter.

2 or 3  ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
2 or 3  Tabs lemon juice

Blend avocados and lemon juice (or use frozen avocado dip). Spread on top of bean mixture. Then layer:

1 1/2  cups sour cream, then
2  medium green peppers, finely chopped and
6  oz shredded cheddar cheese

Garnish with:

1 or 2  chopped tomatoes
Chopped green onions (Optional)
Slices of black olives (Optional)
