Quick Fudge

2/3  cup undiluted canned milk
      (small can)
2  Tablespoons butter
1 2/3  cups sugar
2  cups small marshmallows
1/2  cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 1/2  cups semi sweet chocolate
      chips
1  teaspoon vanilla

Combine milk, butter and sugar in a pan, heat to boiling. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add marshmallows, nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows melt. Pout into 8 inch pan, cool and cut into squares.
