Fudgy Mint Cheesecake Bars

4  (1 oz) bars Hershey's® Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
1/2  cup margarine
2  cups sugar
3  eggs
2  teaspoons vanilla extract
1  cup unsifted flour

Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt chocolate with margarine. In bowl, combine chocolate mixture with rest of ingredients. Spread in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 12 minutes.

1  (8 oz) package cream cheese softened
2  Tablespoons margarine
1  Tablespoon cornstarch
1  (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1  1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Green food coloring, optional

In bowl mix cream cheese, margarine, and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk then remaining ingredients. Pour over brownie layer. Bake 30 minutes or until set.

Glaze:

1  cup (6 oz) Hershey's® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2  cup whipping cream, unwhipped

Combine and cook until thickened. Top bars with glaze. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars.
