2 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 Onion, finely chopped
1 - 15 oz can cream corn
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cups of milk
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Melt butter, add onions and sauté.
- Add corn, milk, crumbs, eggs and seasoning.
- Mix and pour into greased casserole.
- Place in shallow pan of water.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 - 50 minutes.
