Scalloped Corn

2  Tablespoons Butter
1/2  Onion, finely chopped
1 - 15 oz can cream corn
2  beaten eggs
1/2  cups of milk
1/2  cup cracker crumbs
Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter, add onions and sauté.
  3. Add corn, milk, crumbs, eggs and seasoning.
  4. Mix and pour into greased casserole.
  5. Place in shallow pan of water.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 - 50 minutes.
